Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of weddingsonthewatersb.com, operated by Santa Barbara Harbor Restaurant as Weddings on the Water (“Weddings on the Water,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Website information and booking requests

The website provides general information about Weddings on the Water and allows you to inquire, request dates, request to book the venue, schedule a visit, and access authorized client resources. Website content, availability, menus, and pricing may change.

Submitting an inquiry or venue booking form does not reserve a date or create an event contract. A booking is confirmed only through a separate written agreement and any required payment. If these terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed agreement controls for that event.

Client access

Protected client areas are for authorized users only. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity performed through your access. Do not share, bypass, probe, or misuse protected resources.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website unlawfully; interfere with its operation or security; submit false, harmful, or infringing material; attempt unauthorized access; or copy, scrape, or exploit content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.

Content and intellectual property

The website and its text, design, photographs, video, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Weddings on the Water and are protected by applicable law. Photographs remain the work of the photographers credited with them. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial evaluation of our services. No other rights are granted.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Tripleseat, Calendly, vendor websites, and video or content delivery services. We do not control their availability, content, terms, or privacy practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability for a website-related claim will not exceed $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these terms, or content you submit, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law and changes

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court proceeding must be brought in Santa Barbara County, California. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
