How many guests can Weddings on the Water hold?

The 1st floor holds 230 seated or 250 standing. The 2nd floor holds 150 seated or standing. A full building buyout holds 380 seated or 400 standing.

210 Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara, CA 93101.

What is included with a rental?

6ft or 8ft tables, ivory chairs, ivory or taupe linens, ivory napkins, white plates, silverware, glassware and the existing wood dance floor.

Is catering in-house?

Yes. All food, beverage and service are in-house, and third-party food, beverage and operators are not allowed. Outside desserts from a health code approved facility are the exception, at $4 a person. Wine corkage is waived with a bar package, or $30 per standard bottle with a bar on consumption.

Do we need a wedding coordinator?

Yes. A coordinator from our recommended vendor list must be secured within two months of booking.

Where do guests park?

Valet parking is required for all events and is added to the event invoice. If you use transportation such as a trolley, the valet lot is still required and guests unload there.

How long can an event run?

Events include 3 hours of set up, 6 hours of event time and 2 hours of strike. Extra set up and event hours can be purchased, but set up cannot begin before 9am and all events must end by midnight.
